2. Service Fee
Our standard application assistance fee is USD $15 per application, unless a different price is clearly displayed before payment.
This fee covers the specific assistance service purchased. It does not include university tuition, visa fees, embassy charges, employer fees, or other third-party costs.
Customers will be informed of the service scope and applicable charges before payment.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Global Future Path does not guarantee:
- Job offers or employment
- Scholarship awards
- University admission
- Visa issuance or immigration approval
- Interviews or selection by third-party organizations
All final decisions are made independently by the relevant employers, universities, scholarship providers, or government authorities.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue assistance involving false information, fraudulent documents, or unlawful requests.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their application information and meeting relevant eligibility requirements and deadlines.
5. Application Submission
We provide assistance according to the service purchased and the customer’s authorization.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that it will be accepted, processed, shortlisted, or approved.
We are not responsible for decisions, technical problems, policy changes, or delays caused by third-party organizations.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which customers should review before purchasing.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By providing documents for an application, customers authorize Global Future Path to use and share relevant information with the intended recipient organizations as necessary for the requested service.
